So, instead of uploading the art I've been meaning to do and/or get done for months now, I end up uploading this. This is myself, as Thing. If you don't know what Thing is, Thing stems from a show (also a comic I've recently discovered) by the name of the Addam's Family. I was messing around with the idea of what I imagine I'd "look" like as Thing, and here's what came of it. Just to be specific tho, I didn't actually think of Thing at first - I actually thought of another version of Thing, as seen on one of the cartoons shown nowadays called The Amazing World of Gumball, which by the way is a clusterfuck of amazing and headaches steam rolled into one for me lol. But yeah anyway, hope you guys like this? Sorry its not things I was suppose to be working on... tho really I'm not even sure if I announced I'd be working on something so I'd surprised if anyone knows lol...............................Someone help me I'm failing as a structured artist.

-This is the goth-themed Thing that inspired this: villains.wikia.com/wiki/Hand_(…
-Pls forgive the crookedness of the picture, I drew it that way and wanted to fix it, but everything wants to keep crashing on me right after I finished this lol....
-Also, I didn't realized until I was done with this (typical typical typical......), but the middle finger should be longer than the ring finger. I meant to fix it, but honestly those nails gave me hell and I was over fixing anything else. Like literally that's not even the right nail colors, but I ssettled for close enough before I went insane.
-Explanation of things seen of my Me-Thing:
-The ink things, if hard to tell, are cherry blossoms. They are seen in Spring. I was in born and love Spring very much so, so thought I'd visualize it here.
-The blue stuff is literally just water. I love water, specially swimming in it, but water in general helps to calm me during panic attacks and makes me feel clean when drinking it and yata yata, you get it... more visualizing my love for things lol..
-Peace sign and panromantic symbol: I'm a hippie and panromantic. I'm also pansexual, for anyone that cares.~ Pls tell me someone thought about that" I'm attracted to pans" joke so I don't feel awkward for not only thinking it, but still laughing over it... otl
-The three "rings" on ring finger is another tattoo. It's just of rings or whatever around the ring finger with the African flag colors. I actually had an idea of getting this, but on my arm. I've been dying to put it on something (oc or characters, idk), but ended up putting it here, on some version of me so perfectttt. xD
-Rings: I don't actually like rings. Well...actually, no, that's not true. I like rings, just not wearing them. I like looking at them, but if I am Thing I'd imagine I'd end up wearing a lot of rings, as they would be a way to express my individualism since hands don't usually wear clothes. Did that sound weird when read to anyone else?... But yeah, so, I was going for an African style with the rings. I'm slowly getting into becoming more mentally aware with my culture (the African side) and have been talking about wanting to incorporate it in my fashion. What do you think?
-Nails: Not a big thing, but I thought I'd randomly mention that my nails are actually longer than that. I had them shaved down in the picture for gay reasons. Idk why I wanted to mention that, but I did and I'm laughing and pls fake laugh for me I'm dying of "why did I just say that?!" but also (get ready for attempt at saving face), I'm basically a hand so I'm pretty sure its not a good idea to hav long nails anyone. Smashing your nails on hard surfaces is painful andyeah....................Watch me totally delete this section later lmao..
-Wrinkles: Also not a big thing literally at all. Another random fact: my hands are actually very wrinkled. Enough so that they could pass as witch hands, thanks to my nails lmao. I ended up putting more wrinkles here tho and now I keep getting the idea that this would be an older version of me being a version of Thing. Did I confuse anyone else with that sentence?... otl
